Life demands a lot from us – information, expectations, decisions. Sometimes we feel stuck, even when we know we have resources and strengths within us.

These blockages are not weaknesses – they are responses imprinted in body and soul over the years. My therapeutic approach combines Hakomi experiential psychotherapy, mindfulness, and circular breathing to create deep and lasting change.

The body remembers. The soul knows. Together, we find the way.

Mindfulness-based psychotherapy and Circular Breathing can help with

What happens in a session

Each session creates a safe container where healing can unfold. We begin by exploring what is present for you – what you are carrying, what is alive in the body.

Yes, you keep your socks on.

Sometimes we work through conversation; sometimes the breath takes us deeper – to places words alone cannot reach. After the breathing, we integrate: what came up, what shifted, what wants to settle.

After a deep breathing session the process continues quietly – integration takes place and you move differently in your life.

Choose Your Session (Personal Healing)

Individual Session →

A safe personal space for deep exploration. Each session is tailored to your needs and pace, combining therapeutic conversation, mindfulness and breathing work as needed.

A session is not just a breathing experience – it creates a therapeutic container for growth, focusing on what matters to you. Between sessions the process continues as insights land and integration deepens.

Whether you need a one-time session or ongoing work – in person, remotely, or a combination – each session is adapted to your life and schedule.

Couples Circular Breathing Session →

Imagine a space where you can truly be seen, heard, and feel the full presence of your partner.
Now, what if that space became your shared home – alive, breathing, present?
Joining as a couple in session means meeting each other in a deeper place, exploring what you each carry individually and what you carry together.

What have you wanted to say to each other but haven't found the words?
In a session you are witnessed and held
You don't need to have it figured out…
You get to be alongside each other in ways that feel true
In the journey of being a couple – participating together in the journey of being yourself.

Come breathe with us and experience circular breathing
in a safe and supportive group container.

There is something in a group that makes it possible to go deeper than alone!

Group breathing sessions create a transformative space that participants describe as profound and healing. Beyond personal healing, we experience acceptance, mutual reflection and the unique energy that only emerges in a group. Group sessions are empowering and transforming – and at an accessible price point.
